Eleven years after losing his leg, arm and hand, falling of "The Beast" on their way from El Progreso Yoro to United States through Mexico, the Honduran José Luis Hernández along with 7 mutilated compatriots got the gates of the White House to ask justice for immigrants.

Since last month, they live in the metropolitan area of Washington. They sleep on the floor in a house enabled by a local church.

With the support of his family, José Luis continued in Honduras but he decided to join the Association of Returned Migrants with Disabilities (AMIREDIS).

Jose Luis says that if the US government gets him political asylum he will spend time in this country, but he still doesn’t lose hopes to get marry. "I love Mexico and I love to marry whit a Mexican girl."

During the meeting with Barack Obama eventually, they want to ask him to continue the fight for immigration reform and funds to combat poverty in Central America. The White House asked Congress to 1,000 million dollars in support to the region, but it has not been approved.

Although they have not achieved the audience that they want to tell President Barack Obama their stories personally about suffering and sacrifice, the 7 mutilated Hondurans along Jose Luis don’t lose hope of meeting. "Let them see everything here we suffer to get to this country," said Luis de 29 years old

Despite the difficulties, the hondurans have found solidarity of churches and charity of people such as The Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Washington DC.

Before his accident, Luis liked to play the guitar, but now he only has his voice with which he sang in Shepherd Park Evangelical Christian Church and taking the message of many victims of migration is.

They are supported by the charity of the faithful to continue waiting for the opportunity to meet with President Barack Obama or any US congressman.

"We want to avoid more children sold, more disaster, kidnappings, more women raped; That is the day by day what migrants face. The sad thing is that corruption and poverty in our countries we have to face our worst nightmare." he said.

"I fainted and the train cut off my leg. The same hit woke me up and the same time put in my arm to take out my leg discarded and cut it up as well. I wanted to take out my arm with my left hand and crushed it also," he says. José Luis thought that he had died by blood lost but a person who miraculously found him was a Red Cross paramedic that to a round by. Since that day he goes to church and give thanks to God for giving life again.
